Department of Distribution and Logistics at Sejong Cyber University to Co-Host 2024 Korea Drone Delivery Association Year-End Conference

Sejong Cyber University (President Shin Goo)’s Department of Distribution and Logistics announced that it will co-host a conference with the Korea Drone Delivery Association at the National Aviation Museum on November 20.

The event is hosted by the Korea Drone Delivery Association and co-organized by Sejong Cyber University’s Department of Distribution and Logistics, DooHands, Baylis, and Vololand, with sponsorship from J Project.

The conference will provide an overview of the challenges and current status of drone delivery in 2024, offering important insights into its development potential and technological vision.

Starting at 2 p.m., presentations will include K-Drone Delivery policy announcements, current status and improvement plans from local governments, commercial cases of emergency drone delivery services, the integrated management system for drone delivery (K-DRTMS), and logistics companies’ visions for drone delivery.

After each presentation, experts will engage in discussions, followed by a networking session for attendees.

The organizers expect the aviation museum tour program, included in this event, to offer participants a unique experience.

Sejong Cyber University’s Department of Distribution and Logistics provides practical education based on academic knowledge and field experience from expert professors in various areas. Courses cover cutting-edge topics such as drone and robot logistics, logistics real estate development, and AI applications in logistics.
